ORGANISER & ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The “Bottomless Refills Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organised by ReadyCare (M) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
1.2. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above as of 1 January 2026, possessing a valid MyKad or Passport.
1.3. Employees of the Organiser, its associate companies, advertising agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, siblings) are *not eligible* to participate.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
2.1. The Contest runs from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. Entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
3.1. To participate, customers must purchase any ReadyCare Signature Selection Biobased Product from any of our Malaysia retailers in drug stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, and online stores (Shopee, Lazada & ReadyCare official store) during the Contest Period.
3.2. Entry Mechanics:
* *Step 1: Buy any ReadyCare Signature Selection Biobased product in any participate retail outlets and Online platform.
* *Step 2: Scan the Contest QR code (found on product) or visit www.rcsignature.com.my.
* *Step 3: Upload a clear photo of the *Proof of Purchase (Receipt)* and product photo, then fill in the required details (Name, Address, Phone Number).
3.3. Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is accompanied by a unique Proof of Purchase and product photo. One receipt = One entry submission.
PRIZE ALLOCATION (TOTAL PRIZE POOL: RM 100,000)
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
5.1. Winners will be selected via a randomized computerised draw system from the pool of valid entries.
5.2. Grand Prize finalists may be required to answer a simple question related to ReadyCare or sustainability to qualify.
5.3. Winners will be announced on ReadyCare’s official social media pages and website monthly on the 1st week of each month (example: January winners will announce on 1st week of February). Grand Prize winner will announce on 1st week of July.
5.4. Winners will be contacted via the phone number. If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within the same day (during working hours from 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday), the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner.
RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
6.1. By participating, contestants grant the Organiser the right to use their names, photos, videos and entries for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
6.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, unclear, or suspected of fraud (including duplicate receipt submissions).
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
7.1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses deemed necessary to participate in the Contest or to redeem prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
7.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or lost entries during the transmission process.
PRIVACY NOTICE (PDPA COMPLIANCE)
8.1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the processing of their Personal Data by the Organiser in accordance with the *Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)*.
8.2. The Personal Data collected will be used for the purpose of identifying winners, prize delivery, and future marketing communications from ReadyCare (unless the participant opts out).
