Delivery Information

We strive to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges are as follows:

• RM6.50 per order for a gross weight of up to 3kg.
• An additional RM1.20 will be charged for every additional kilogram starting from 3kg.
• EnjoyFREE shipping on orders above RM100.
  
  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

ReadyCare (M) Sdn. Bhd. is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. We offer the following options:

1. We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for all items returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in good condition, and unused.
   
   
2. To return or exchange an item, please email the following details to enquiry@hmf.com.my within 7 days of receiving the item(s):
   • Buyer’s Name
   • Contact Number
   • Order ID
   • Reason for exchange or refund. We will respond to your email within 2 business days. The item must be returned within 7 days upon our confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the refund offer by ReadyCare (M) Sdn. Bhd.
     
     
3. Return Shipping Fees:
   • The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
   • Readycare (M) Sdn. Bhd. will cover the postage for the replacement product.
   • Returns are subject to stock availability. If the stock is unavailable, the buyer has the option to choose another product and pay any price difference. For example, if the returned item is priced at RM10 and the replacement item is priced at RM15, the buyer must pay the additional RM5 before the item is shipped.
     
     
4. Refunds:
   • The buyer will receive a refund once the returned item(s) are received and confirmed to meet the return policy conditions.
   • Once the returned item(s) are qualified, ReadyCare (M) Sdn. Bhd. will process the full refund within 3 business days.

   • Photo of the product
   • If buyer fail to provide the required information may result in the buyer forfeiting the right to a refund or replacement.
